Job Summary:
Operating Room nurse in a hospital setting, scheduled for rotating shifts. This position involves working in a high-paced surgical environment, providing perioperative patient care in the operating room. The role requires flexibility and adherence to safety protocols, with on-call responsibilities and holiday shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (current or conditional), active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid drivers license with matching demographics, and at least 1 year of experience in operating room nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with EPIC software, recent flu vaccination during the season, and verification report through the National Practitioner Data Bank (NURSYS).
• Additional Information: Candidate must work every other major holiday. Submission requires an updated resume including travel experience (first-time travelers will not be considered), two recent supervisor references in operating room specialty, skills checklist matching specialty, and RTO (Request for Time Off) included at submission. Scrub color is flexible, and on-call duties occur every 5-6 evenings through 7 AM the following day, plus every 6th or 7th weekend.
