HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA seeks a travel RN, OR (Operating Room), for a 13-week assignment in Miami, FL. The RN will cover OR cases, with a 10-hour day shift, 40 hours per week, and start on 10/25/2026.

Must have ACLS/BLS and at least 2 years of current OR experience including ortho/spine/joint replacement. Knee and hip replacement experience is required; additional credentials like PALS/CNOR are a plus.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• 2 years current experience in acute OR setting.
• Experience with knee and hip replacement is required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, diagnose, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Scrub and circulator duties; rotate weekends as needed.
• Support and coordinate procedures across OR service lines such as Joint Replacement, ENT, Orthopedics, Spine, Urology.

shift : 7:00AM - 5:00PM / 13 weeks

Position - Travel - RN - OR (701) - HCA Florida Mercy - 7:00AM - 5:00PM (1006960)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• ACLS, BLS, 2 years current experience in acute OR setting, ortho, spine and joint replacement experience
• Knee and Hip replacement experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• PALS, CNOR any Charge experience
• RN is responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care of all patients

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Joint replacement, ENT, Ortho, Spine, Urology
• Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery and Plastic Surgery

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• Must be able to Scrub and a circulator that knows all service lines. Rotating weekends are a possibility.
• 4 On call requirements for a 4 week period.
• 2 weeknight calls 7p-7am call
• 2 weekend 24 hr call
• 1 holiday call 24 hr call (if a holiday falls on the 4 week period)
