Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the en_US. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a 141-bed facility. The role requires proficiency in robotics and vascular procedures, supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Operating Room Nurse with a focus on general surgery, vascular cases, and robotics such as DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa. Candidates will support a 141-bed facility with a patient ratio of 1:1.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Iowa or multistate compact licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics and vascular procedures (e.g., TAVR, bypass, endarterectomy, embolectomy, AV fistula). Minimum 24 months of current operating room experience. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, ARC, or Red Cross.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have scrub experience, a driver license, and recent travel experience within the previous 15 months. Candidates are required to work 1-2 of the upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Submission requires a clinical pre-screening, professional reference, and proof of certifications.
