• Provide specialized nursing care in a hospital surgical setting, focusing on spine and joint procedures

• Assist with spine fusions, ALIFs, and all spine cases, as well as total joint replacements
• Adhere to unit policies, including a 30-minute response time for on-call situations
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with patients before, during, and after procedures
