Job Details

• Position Description:
  This full-time role encompasses the delivery of routine and complex nursing care in the operating room setting, specifically involving cardiovascular (open-heart) procedures. The nurse will support the clinical team by conducting assessments, administering treatments, and documenting patient progress, with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
• Required Qualifications:
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred; BLS certification (AHA only); RN License in the state of Texas or a compact license; Shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  CVOR and EPIC charting experience required, with a minimum of two years in these specialties. The nurse must be capable of supporting general operating room activities in addition to cardiovascular cases. RTO must be disclosed upfront before offer.
