Requirements include TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, plus two years of ED or one year trauma nursing experience, and a strong IV background. Schedule is nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours weekly, with a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

Job Summary

An Operating Room (OR) Nurse Lead position is available in a Level 1 trauma emergency department in Augusta. This role involves managing high-acuity trauma cases during night shifts, working with advanced medical equipment, and leading a team to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications; two (2) years of emergency department nursing care and/or one (1) year of trauma nursing care experience; strong IV background; ability to independently run mass transfusions through level 1 rapid infuser; rapid critical thinking skills; effective communication skills both orally and written; computer skills; ability to manage a team and work within a team environment.
