Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Circulator

• Location: Hermiston, Oregon
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 5 × 8-Hour Day Shifts

We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Circulator to provide safe, effective, patient-centered perioperative care across surgical services. The RN will serve as a patient advocate while coordinating care throughout the intraoperative experience.

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN License
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room / Circulator nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC certification
• CNOR preferred
• Peri-op 101 and scrub experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision‑making skills

Perioperative Clinical Experience

• Intraoperative circulating responsibilities
• Patient safety and advocacy
• Surgical counts and prevention of retained surgical items
• Correct-site, side, and level verification
• Specimen management
• Safe medication administration
• Infection prevention and surgical-site safety
• Patient positioning and protection from surgical hazards
• Accurate perioperative documentation
