Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week assignment on a Medical Surgical Oncology floor with a 36-hour per week schedule, nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in a hospital setting.

The nurse will care for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, with float responsibilities to other oncology units as needed. Active RN license and oncology experience required; strong clinical skills are essential

Valid RN license/certificate required.
Oncology experience including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
Proficiency with telemonitoring, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scans, and Baxter pumps.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient nursing care on a Medical Surgical Oncology floor.
Work night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and float to related units as needed.
Support patients with diverse cancer diagnoses, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, solid tumors, and cellular therapies.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Valid license/certificate, oncology experience including solid tumor, hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplant, cellular therapies, proficiency with telemonitoring, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scans, and Baxter pumps.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for primary diagnoses such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, solid tumors, cellular product administration, and clinical trials.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: This is a 3 pod unit comprising 10-bed pods with a staffing ratio of 1:3 or 1:4. The assignment begins on 10/26/2026 and ends on 01/24/2027.
