The ideal candidate has RN licensure and at least two years of related experience, including Level 4 NICU exposure, and can manage patient loads independently (1:5-6). CPN and Meditech EMR familiarity is preferred.

Job Details

• Position Description: Backfill contract role for RN in the Newborn Nursery, with NICU capability, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The assignment duration is approximately 13 weeks, starting on 11/16/2026 and ending on 02/15/2027.
• Required Qualifications: RN license with 2 years of experience, including Level 4 NICU experience. Must demonstrate the ability to manage patient loads independently (1:5-6 patient ratio). Specific skills include postpartum experience and familiarity with EMR systems such as CPN and Meditech.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Antepartum patient experience, knowledge of CPN and Meditech systems, and a team-oriented, flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Information: The unit primarily cares for postpartum women and occasionally antepartum patients.
