Job summary

Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU for Seattle, WA. This assignment runs 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, with 12-hour days in a Level III/IV NICU. The RN will care for neonates, attend high-risk deliveries, and may float to different campuses as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years of NICU experience, a valid RN license, and comfort with neonatal surgeries and advanced NICU equipment. Travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Travel RN with flexibility to float between campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU patient care in Level III/IV units; attend high-risk deliveries.
• Support neonatal surgeries and postnatal care as needed.
• Be prepared to float to different campuses and units as required.
• Utilize NICU equipment including CPAP, vent systems, and warming devices.

NICU RN – Day Shift | AUTO OFFER

• Shift: Days | 4x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Minimum Experience: 3 years
• NICU Level: Level III or IV
• Gestational Age: 23–24 weeks
• Block Scheduling: Approved if preferred; can work 3+ shifts in a row

• Requirements & Facility Details:
• Traveler must be open to floating to different campuses
• Travelers usually do not admit babies; the unit has a dedicated Admit Nurse
• Very rarely float to Peds; if floated to Peds, travelers will only care for infants
• Rare to float due to high need for RNs in the NICU
• Attends high-risk deliveries
• Neonatal surgeries
• No ECMO, but all other critical NICU care
