Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to monitored neuro/step‑down patients
• Perform detailed neuro assessments and respond to changes promptly
• Interpret telemetry and manage drips within PCU guidelines
• Administer medications and support complex treatment plans
• Collaborate with neurologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document all assessments and interventions precisely
• Support patient and family education regarding recovery and care expectations
• Maintain safety standards in accordance with PCU/neuro protocols

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility
