Role:

Travel Medical Surgical RN (Med Surg) responsible for providing bedside care, patient assessments, administering medications, dressing changes, catheter insertions, IV starts, and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing patient assessments, document findings, educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and support patients pre- and post-operation. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with patients who may be confused or uncooperative.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years recent acute care experience, BLS, NIH certification, and additional certifications as required. Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to a dynamic care setting.
