Job Details

• Position Description: Requisition for a Pediatric Clinic nurse in a primary care setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive pediatric care, administering vaccines, and managing acute care needs for a patient population aged 0-22 years. The selected candidate may float to a pediatric outpatient department if needed.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, Pediatric or ambulatory experience preferred, and valid drivers license with matching address. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically EPIC, is preferred.
• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, working 32-36 hours weekly, with a rotating schedule of four 8-hour shifts one week and five 8-hour shifts the following week. No holidays, weekends, or on-call duties.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have vaccine competency, particularly in administering vaccines to children and adolescents, and will need to provide two recent supervisor references matching their specialty. Travel experience is required if the candidate lacks ambulatory experience. A recent NURSYS report verifying active or conditional Massachusetts RN license is mandatory. A seasonal flu vaccine is required during applicable periods.
