Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. You will join a Med Surg unit with 32 beds, rotating days and nights, and be part of a travel staffing team.

Experience in Med Surg and travel assignments is required, along with WI RN license and BLS. EPIC charting is used, and floating to nearby facilities may be needed.

• 2+ years Med Surg experience; 2 completed travel assignments.

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Med Surg

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

UNIT: Med Surg
CLINICAL INTERVIEW

Experience Required: 2+ years Med Surg Ortho, 2 completed travel assignment.

Certs Required: BLS, WI RN license.

Charting Experience: Epic required

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 32 beds medical/surgical (ortho, general, urology, ENT) day/ pm ratio 1:4-5, nights 1:6-7n 2nd floor 32 beds 3 levels of care ICU/Stepdown/Med-Surg. would take Med/Surg patients only if floated.

Scrub Colors: any professional-colored scrubs

Float Requirements: to like units. Must be willing to float to Riverview, Plover and Divine Saviorn

Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend, holiday rotation

On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
