OneStaff Medical is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey. This leadership role oversees the Cardiac Cath and EP Lab operations, staffing, budgets, and performance across a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab and prior leadership experience, plus strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large-volume Cath/EP operations.
• Experience with complex medical centers/teaching institutions.
• Critical Care / high-risk patient experience.
• Experience with electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.
• Ideally, experience leading a Structural Heart program.
