Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer another exciting Labor & Delivery RN opportunity in Richmond, VA, this time on day shift. This assignment provides a weekly blended rate of $1,950, based on three 12‑hour day shifts. This role is perfect for an experienced L&D nurse who enjoys guiding patients and families through the childbirth process with expert clinical care and compassionate support.

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Interpret fetal monitoring and identify deviations requiring intervention
- Assist with vaginal births, C‑sections, and emergent obstetric procedures
- Administer medications for labor induction, pain control, and postpartum management
- Educate mothers and support persons on infant care, recovery, and breastfeeding
- Collaborate with OB physicians, CNMs, neonatology, and ancillary teams
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation
- Promote a positive and empowering birthing experience
- Active Virginia RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP
- Minimum 2 years’ recent L&D experience
