Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care in the Women's Care Unit, including patient assessment, care plan implementation, supervision of care activities, and managing transfers. Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and infection control protocols, with proficiency in clinical equipment and emergency response.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN licensure in California, BLS certification, at least one year of L&D experience, nursery and postpartum experience preferred. Certification in Fetal Monitoring required within six months, with recertification every two years. ACLS and STABLE preferred. Ability to handle clinical equipment, respond to emergencies, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
