Responsibilities

• Provides oversight for clinical operations, including staff orientation, performance evaluation, and patient care assignments.
• Coordinates nursing services and monitors compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Assists in training and career development of staff, partners with Education and Human Resources.
• Maintains departmental goals, manages supplies and equipment, and prepares staffing schedules.
• Supports organizational strategies and promotes excellence standards.
• Fulfills delegated assignments during hospital emergencies and participates in nurse executive activities and meetings.
