• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments; document care.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Coordinate across disciplines for patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
