Requirements & Conditions

Prerequisites and conditions for assignment:

• Must not work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (cannot work two contracts at the same time).
• Must be on CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff, to be considered for a travel assignment.
• No facial piercings and only natural hair colors (no artificial colors).
• Onboarding due 1pm CST Wednesday before start. The facility will not allow any pending items; file must be complete by the deadline.
• Level I experience required.
• Previous travel experience required for ED, Neuro ICU.
• CERNER EMR required for ED.
• Travel teams must have their own vehicles.
• Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams.
• Parking: assigned to a parking lot, then shuttled to the facility. Night shift: assigned to a parking garage.
• Travelers may be expected to have nursing students; this is a teaching hospital.
• Unit size, hospital size, trauma level, EMR (Cerner experience) must be provided.
• 2 years of core experience required in specialty submitted to; Level 1 trauma and teaching experience required.
• Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks.
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24‑48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts 2. Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre‑op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.
