Job Overview

Travel RN, Home Health – Commonwealth Home Health of Moses Taylor in Scranton, Pennsylvania. 13‑week assignment starting ASAP. 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts. Pay rate $2,433.00–$2,583.00.

Responsibilities

You will assess patient conditions, administer prescribed treatments, and coordinate care plans in compliance with physician orders and agency policies.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Home Health
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Active RN license (Compact Accepted)
• SSN, DOB, and 1 reference in entire work history
• Skills in patient assessment, care planning and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
