Job Summary

Telemetry Medical Surgical Float Nurse Location: New Hampshire. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a medical-surgical and telemetry environment, with the flexibility to float between facilities as needed. The position requires a proactive approach to patient management, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.

Job Details

• Position Description: HWL Requisition: Concord Hospital AN-0734.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification required, NHISS certification needed prior to start, ACLS preferred.
• Education and Licensing: Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse license required; valid drivers license with matching demographics.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing; experience with Telemetry (TELE MS FLOAT) preferred.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Up-to-date resume including over two years of experience in the specialty and documentation of travel experience required; EMR experience in Cerner preferred; must be able to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with a score of 80%.
• Additional Notes: May be required to float to other facilities in the region, such as Laconia or Franklin, NH.
