Job summary

Role Overview: An Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on severity
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• One year of recent ER RN experience
• Valid RN license and current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform required tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC systems
