• Required: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and proof of class/date
• Minimum of 2 years in-unit RN experience
• Recent EPIC EMR experience (past 2 years)

Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Location A high-volume emergency department requires a dedicated ER nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. This assignment supports experienced healthcare professionals capable of managing acute patient needs in a fast-paced environment for a 16-week period.

Job Details

• Position Description: Assignment for 16 weeks.
• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: AHA Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required; TNCC, or proof of class with date applied, must be in packet and NIHSS is required prior to start; previous travel experience is required 1 travel assignment suffices; a minimum of 2 years of in-unit experience required; EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.
• Additional Information: IVS to OFFER; Monday to Sunday; No block schedules for any reason; bi-weekly orientations on Monday; please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained; this facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit; public transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended; vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November April.
