Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Haxtun, Colorado.

Start date 12/07/2026; duration 13 weeks; 40 hours weekly; nights shifts in a 15-bed rural critical access ED with 4-bay ER and 1 OR. Holiday coverage required. New graduates welcome; 12/7/26 – 3/13/27 window, 3 openings, AirLife helicopter base onsite.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS & TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver individualized patient care.
• Ongoing evaluation and documentation of nursing care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Patient education.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a rural hospital environment.
