Position Overview

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 24-week assignment in its expansive, modern Level I Trauma Center. The ED provides high-acuity care for patients with traumatic injuries, critical illnesses, and emergent medical conditions, supported by advanced technology, collaborative care teams, and comprehensive on-site resources.

This position is ideal for a seasoned ED nurse ready to practice at the highest level within a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Required Experience

• 2+ years recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Must have worked in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED
• EPIC experience required
• Must be comfortable with pediatric & adult emergency care
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months

Certifications Required

• BLS – AHA
• ACLS – AHA
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC

Shift & Scheduling

• 12-hour nights
• Every other weekend required
• Two holiday shifts required
• Excessive RTO will not be approved
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of application
