Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN - Emergency Department for a San Francisco, CA assignment. The ER nurse will deliver high‑quality care in a busy ED, with rotating 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour minimum weekly commitment.

Starting 10/05/2026 for about 8 weeks, with potential float to nearby campuses within scope. Requires CA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS, and 1+ year ER experience; Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CA RN Licensure and active state license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications are required.
• ER RN experience of at least 1 year in a fast-paced setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
• Rotate through shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week across 12-hour blocks.
