• Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• CVICU experience of taking fresh hearts, TAVR, MitraClips… True CVICU patients
• Able to manage ECMO patients
• Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Able to manage post‑op day 1 fresh heart patients
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• ACB, AVR, MVR, TVR, TAVR, ECMO, Impella, IABP
