HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing assignment in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on providing care for immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients in a high-acuity CVICU environment with ECMO and LVAD support.

The candidate should have strong CVICU critical care experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and experience with hemodynamic monitoring, PA catheter management, and invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have strong critical care experience, including CVICU experience.
• ACLS, BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS.
• Perform central line insertion, Swan-Ganz insertion, and intubation on unit.
• Care for CVICU patients during 12-hour shifts and travel assignments.

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Type of equipment : Phillips bedside telemetry monitors, Hill-Rom beds, Alaris IV pumps

Documentation system: Meditech

Floating policy: C/L employees float as needed, typically to other ICU's but can include other floors.

Must have: Strong critical care experience, including CVICU experience

Advanced skills needed: Skills with PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring required, preferred experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT.

Procedures performed on unit: Provide care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS. Perform central line insertion, swan insertion, intubations, etc. on unit.

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
