TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Duluth, Georgia. The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN clinic experience, BLS, and licensure eligibility. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, evenings shift, and travel status.

As part of a busy outpatient clinic, you will provide nursing care, support physicians, and ensure safe, efficient patient care. Certifications and regulatory compliance are required to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting.
• Current BLS certification and state licensure eligibility.
• ACLS/PALS and additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and perform assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collection.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
• Support scheduling and administrative duties as needed.

We’re looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in Duluth, GA. The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting. Read below for more requirements.

As an RN in a Clinic, you will provide nursing care and support to patients receiving outpatient services. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate care.

As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and perform assessments
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Perform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collection

RNs in clinics should be organized, communicative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
