Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Travel Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site primary care to residents in long-term care facilities across Minnesota. This is a full-time role offering meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

You will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and travel regularly to multiple nursing homes within the region while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• State-specific license in good standing (Minnesota)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
