Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal seeks Traveling RN Providers to deliver laser hair removal across our 400+ clinic locations nationwide. You will be the face of Milan’s promise, ensuring safe, informed, and confident client experiences with medical precision and empathy.

The role requires an NP license with FNP-C/BC certification, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to train new providers after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in good standing with national certification (FNP-C/BC).
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care.
• Interest in aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for travel.
• Residence within close proximity to Milan clinics and a major airport.
• After provider training, assist in training new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards; complete pre-treatment setup and equipment checks.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, progress, and post-care; discuss additional treatment areas.
• Deliver a professional, welcoming client experience and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Prepare treatment rooms, manage room turnover, and maintain clinic cleanliness; support opening/closing tasks and inventory.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals.
