Job Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00 (with some flexibility), 8 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers; current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified); valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment; two (2) years of clinical experience; leadership/supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial acumen, clinical knowledge, resource management, patient safety, mentorship, and community outreach.
Preferred Qualifications: Specialty Certification.

- Leads departmental operations and clinical nursing environment oversight, including strategic planning contributions and standards of care.
- Manages budgets and employee performance evaluations, supports employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and competency verification.
