A healthcare staffing company is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an immediate opening in Presque Isle, Maine. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience, ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification, and be able to perform patient interactions and procedures safely. Responsibilities include operating scanners, injecting radiopharmaceuticals, and maintaining patient records. This travel role offers 8-hour shifts and a 40-hour workweek.

Formación

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• BLS, ARRT (N) National Certification, and state-specific licensing when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Attain required approval from nuclear medicine physicians.
• Transfer, position, and instruct patients for procedures.
• Operate the scanner or gamma scintillation camera.
• Inject radiopharmaceuticals under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
