Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 16-week travel assignment in Concord, NH. Start 09/21/2026 with 40 hours per week. Imaging procedures, radiopharmaceutical administration, and quality control in a hospital setting.

Must hold NH license or Compact license, CNMT, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Cerner EMR experience preferred; include RTO. Local candidates within 50 miles may be eligible for local rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to protocol, including patient preparation and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Operate gamma cameras and associated imaging equipment; ensure quality control and calibration.
• Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; monitor patient and staff safety during procedures.
• Process and analyze images, assist with data entry and documentation in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred).
• Communicate with physicians and technologists to ensure imaging protocols and timely results.
• Provide patient education, positioning assistance, and post-procedure care; coordinate with the care team for patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to protocol, including patient preparation and radiopharmaceutical administration
• Operate gamma cameras (e.g., Siemens Symbia T6) and associated imaging equipment; ensure proper quality control and calibration
• Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; monitor patient and staff safety during procedures
• Process and analyze images, assist with data entry and documentation in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)
• Communicate with physicians and technologists to ensure appropriate imaging protocols and timely results
• Provide patient education, positioning assistance, and post-procedure care as needed; coordinate with the broader care team for patient flow

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire license or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
• CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Two recent manager references with a skills checklist matching the specialty
• EMR experience preferred; Cerner experience preferred but not required
• RTO (request time off) must be included at time of submission
• Up-to-date resume showing years of Nuclear Medicine experience and travel experience
• Local rate consideration for locals (less than 50 miles)
