Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Granbury, Texas. The right NMT will have 1 year of experience and will perform radiopharmaceutical preparation, patient positioning and imaging using PET/SPECT equipment.

The role requires ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification, BLS, and state licensing where applicable. This travel position offers weekly pay, benefits and potential for continuation after 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience.
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification with state licensing as required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and administer to patients.
• Operate scanner or gamma camera to capture images.
• Assist physicians, radiologists and researchers as needed.
• Follow safety and radiation disposal procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS system.
