Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week, 40-hour per week travel assignment in Yakima, Washington. The traveler will independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine with emphasis on patient safety, data accuracy, and coordination with physicians.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience, BLS certification, and a nursing background (BSN) with proper licensure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Nuclear Medicine
• AHA Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers (BLS)
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and families

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures with safety and accuracy.
• Prepare readings for physicians and maintain complete daily records.
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership within the department.
• Contribute to performance improvement and department efficiency.

We currently have a client in Yakima, WA looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologst (Traveling Nuc Med)!

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Nuclear Medicine, who will independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations. Duties include acquiring and processing of patient studies, setting up reading for physicians, maintaining accurate and complete daily records.

Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary).

Shift: 5x8 Days.
