Overview
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Tacoma, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine examinations using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective procedures.
- Acquire and process patient studies; prepare readings for physicians; maintain accurate and complete daily records.
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in the clinical setting; participate in performance improvement activities at the departmental level.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and department procedures.
Qualifications
- Motivated candidates seeking career growth
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with appropriate licensure
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine
