Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel contract in Norwich, Connecticut. The assignment spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, performing radiopharmaceutical preparation and imaging under hospital supervision.

The ideal candidate holds NMTCB/ARRT(N) certification, a nuclear medicine degree, and 1–2 years of recent experience, with BLS and state licensure as applicable. Compensation is weekly and patient care focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.
• Certification from NMTCB or ARRT (N) required.
• State licensure (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience.
• Strong technical and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures.
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to capture high-quality images.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Analyze images and collaborate with physicians on diagnostic findings.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards.
• Document patient records, imaging results and dosage information.
