Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a contract in Springfield, Massachusetts. You will administer radiopharmaceuticals and related medications for patient imaging and therapy, process data and enhance images, and provide results for clinical interpretation.

The role requires AMA-approved education, ARRT registry, and about 18 months of experience in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients.
• Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a patient-focused, safe and excellent care environment.
