Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an assignment in Orange, California. The contract is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour days, traveling to perform diagnostic procedures with safety and precision.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience, a BSN with licensure, and AHA BLS certification, plus excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) for Health Care Providers.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program with proper licensure.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Performs and evaluates diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures with safety and accuracy.
• Maintains clear and complete daily records and coordinates with physicians.
• Demonstrates professionalism and leadership in the department.
• Participates in performance improvement activities at the department level.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and supports department efficiency.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
