Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a contract in Tucson, Arizona.

The ideal candidate will have AMA-accredited education, ARRT registry, and 18 months of Nuclear Medicine experience, preferably in critical care. Position features 40 hours weekly, 8-hour days, travel benefits, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment of excellence focused on patient care.
• Promote a safe work environment for staff and customers.
