Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Olive Branch, Mississippi. You will join a full-service nuclear medicine department performing diverse studies, including HIDA, Bone, Gastric Emptying, Lung scans, and thyroid workups, with PET capabilities. Day shift, 40 hrs/week, no on-call.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of NM experience, ARRT and BLS certification, and prior travel assignment experience. MS license is required if applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine required.
• BLS and ARRT certification required.
• Active MS license required if applicable.
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of nuclear medicine imaging studies, including HIDA, bone, gastric emptying, lung, GI bleed, thyroid and brain death assessments.
• Cardiac imaging with Nuclear Cardiac Stress Testing and treadmill protocols.
• PET imaging procedures including FDG oncology and infection, PSMA, neuroendocrine studies, and cardiac viability.
• Work day shifts (8 hours) from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 40 hours/week; weekends optional.
