Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a contract in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This position offers a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program, possess ARRT registry, and have 18 months of experience, preferably in a critical care setting; travel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications to patients.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and promote national patient safety initiatives.
