Job summary

LeaderStat, a national travel healthcare staffing firm, seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist for NICU travel in Indianapolis, IN. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a night-shift (12 hours) schedule, starting 11/30/2026 and ending 3/1/2027.

RRT with pediatrics/neuro diagnostics experience preferred; current state licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications required. Pay package is reviewed and personalized per assignment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a full-time Respiratory Therapist.
• Current State Licensure.
• Current relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
• NICU specialization preferred for pediatric/neonatal settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in NICU.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks.
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety.
