Job summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for NICU coverage in Akron, OH. The assignment is 12 weeks, nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) with one opening. Start date: 11/23/2026.

Charting system Epic. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of NICU experience, holds PALS, ACLS, BLS and NRP, and is skilled in aerosol setups, ABG interpretation and respiratory support therapies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required.
• RRT-NICU experience preferred.
• Certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS, NRP are required.
