Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse in Lafayette, IN for a 13-week assignment. Night shift, 3 x 12‑hour blocks (18:00–06:30), start 10/20/2026, with 1 opening. Neonatal unit with Cerner charting and Level 3 acute care features.

Licensure in IN or a compact license is required. The assignment includes premium benefits, housing options or stipend, and a competitive weekly pay rate of $2,104 to $2,305. Experience with high-acuity neonates and complex care essential.

• 2+ years of NICU experience preferred.
