Job summary

TotalMed RN in Spokane, WA is seeking a travel Neonatal ICU RN for a 13-week assignment. This RN will work 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, in the NICU. Acute care experience and travel RN background preferred.

Responsibilities include monitoring infants, feeding, IVs, dressings, catheters, and ventilator support while providing parental guidance. Certification requirements: BLS and NRP.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' recent acute care experience.
• BLS and NRP certification required.
• Neonatal ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants transitioning to extra uterine life.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes.
• Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
• Provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
• Monitor equipment like incubators and ventilators.
