Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN for NICU duties in Irving, Texas. This position involves specialized neonatal care, night shifts, and a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek.

The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years hospital/neonatal experience, and proficiency with CPAP/ventilation, central lines, and GE monitors. Meditech documentation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital or specialty experience.
• Experience caring for infants requiring CPAP or ventilation.
• Proficiency with central line stabilization.
• Experience with GE bedside monitors and GE beds (Giraffe and Panda).
• Knowledge of Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights and Neomed/Medfusion pumps.
• CPMS/Meditech documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Line placement, circumcision assistance, and intubation assistance.
• Provide care for neonatal patients requiring advanced life support.
• Maintain family-centered care and support for families.
