Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Cincinnati, OH. As a member of our team, you'll provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in the NICU, operate life-support equipment, and educate families while following hospital procedures.

The role requires one year of NICU experience, active RN license, and current BLS/NRP certifications, with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a neonatal intensive care RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature neonates and document changes.
• Operate NICU equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Educate families on neonatal care and discharge planning.
• Assist with procedures and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital safety standards.
